Lahore:Chief Justice Lahore High Court (LHC) Ejaz Ahmed Chaudhry on Friday excused from hearing an application against release of CIA contractor Raymond Davis, involved in killing two Pakistanis in Lahore in broad day light on January 27.
Advocate Iqbal Jafri moved the application challenging exoneration of Davis.
The court heard the application and observed its verdict. Later on the CJ in his verdict excused to hear the application.
Earlier on Wednesday Davis was acquitted after the relatives of slain men received RS 200 million as blood money and pardoned his crime according to an Islamic law called Diyyat.
