Quetta: Head of Ansar Burney Trust, Ansar Burney said on Wednesday that several sardars are involved in kidnapping people for ransom, they have hands in killing high officials whereas personnel enmities among tribes played important role in retrieval of mutilated dead bodies from Balochistan.
Addressing a press conference in FC Headquarter Quetta, Head of Ansar Burney Trust Ansar Burney said old and fresh enmities played pivotal role in target killings and recoveries of bullet trodden dead bodies.
Inspector General FC Balochistan Major General Obaid Ullah Khan was also present during the press conference.
He added human trafficking is a terrible act. He said media always helped him in heightening his voice against human trafficking. He brought back several children, men and women from the middle East countries but once again the practice of human trafficking started.
These swindlers often used to visit villages and hoodwink the simpletons by giving greed of extra money and then they take them away.
He added that fifteen teenagers were brought to Quetta from Larkana by deceiving them with more wages than they were already getting from a brick kiln. They were then taken to Afghanistan via Chaman and where they were kept as prisoners in a local jail.
He then contacted IG FC Balochistan for help in the release of those children. IG FC Balochistan major General Obaid Ullah Khan played pivotal role in their release and safe passage to Pakistan. Children were then produced before the magistrate who accepted their bails immediately because they were not terrorists but they may in future be used in any terrorist activity.
Retrieval of mutilated dead bodies must be probed in as government used to give importance to trivial matters. He added that those having empty pockets are now millionaires. A Frontier Corps official paid his salary cheque for the children released from Afghanistan.
