Lahore: Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has said that the presence of foreign hand cannot be ruled out in deteriorating law and order situation in Karachi and Balochistan.
Talking to media in Lahore along with Information Minister Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan, PM Gilani said that army was not willing to conduct operation in Karachi and become controversial
He said the government must control the situation the of Karachi with the help of civilian agencies including police and rangers.
