Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday issued notice to Fasih Bokhari, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for not implementing the court’s orders pertaining to Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) implementation case.
A tow-member bench of the apex court headed by Justice Jawad S Khawaja resumed the hearing of the case.
During the hearing, the investigation officer into the case submitted his report in the court.
The court directed the officer to submit complete record of the case.
The bench remarked that money was being transferred to Tauqeer Sadiq, the main accused in the case, in an illegal manner.
Justice Khawaja directed the NAB to tell the court clearly whether they would arrest Sadiq or not.
The court gave 10-day time to the NAB chairman to submit with reason that why the orders were not implemented.
Subsequently, the court adjourned the hearing of the case till March 7.
