Hyderabad: In what appears to be most displeasing, Hyderabad people have been deprived of some basic entertainment facilities on Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari’s rare visit to the second largest city if Sindh.
According to a report, the local administration has taken some strict security measures on the president’s visit to the city. The officials have turned Niaz Stadium, the biggest arena of the city, into a helipad for the president’s chopper and postponed a scheduled match between the two national teams.
The administration’s security measures and arrangement did not stop at making helipad and closing the stadium as few other entertainment facilities like Rani Bagh, local zoo has also been closed.
The Hyderabad Club hostel has also been evacuated, the report added.
