Karachi: Free anti-measles vaccination and medical camps were organised in five different locations in Karachi by one of Pakistan’s largest NGOs Al-Khidmat Foundation in which expert doctors examined patients.
Al-Khidmat Foundation’s camps provided the facilities of sugar and eye tests as well as free medicines.
The camps were held in Mohammadi Colony, Golden Town, North Nazimabad, F.B. Area and Gulshan-e-Iqbal .
Several AKF officials who visited the medical camps said that provision of health facilities was the basic responsibility of government but they were continuously neglecting the basic rights like other issues.
Al-Khidmat Foundation claims to be the biggest and most organised network providing humanitarian services across Pakistan.
