So it means that if you want to have a 3D photo taking experience you have to wait for upgradation of Galaxy S4 from Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean to Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie.
When will the device get Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie?
Well there are many rumours about its release, but most probably the next Android version from Google will be released at its developers conference, named as Google I/O. The annual event of the web giant will be held from May 15 to 17.
Samsung Orb is a camera feature that would give an amazing photo-capturing experience to users. The feature will enable Galaxy S4’s 13 Mega Pixel camera to have a panoramic or 3D view. According to the reports, Samsung Orb is even better in quality than Photosphere feature of Google devices.
“Samsung Orb has to be easily connected with the social media channels Twitter, Facebook and Google+ at the first place,” the SamMobile reported.
The feature was expected to be the part of Galaxy S4 but the decision was deferred due to unknown reason. Now the SamMobile has reported that Samsung Orb will become a part of the device as soon as it gets Android upgradation from Jelly Bean to Key Lime Pie.
The Galaxy S4 was announced last Friday but it would be launched from the beginning of April in Eastern Europe and then rest of the world. The price will vary with the region and configuration. The device will be priced around $ 580 for United States, £ 500 in United Kingdom and 600 to 650 Euros for Italy.
