Karachi: Owais Muzaffar Tappi, who is stated to be a foster brother of President Asif Ali Zardari, submitted his written reply in the Supreme Court of Pakistan and denied all the accusation against himself.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan, while hearing Karachi unrest suo motu case on February 28, had issued a notice to Tappi along with other Board of Revenue officials after a petitioner accused them of committing illegal practices in the BoR in the allotment of government land.
In his written reply, Tappi said that all the accusation against him were false and baseless. Rejection the accusation, Tappi further said that he was a common and law-abiding citizen of the country, adding that he did not hold any public office.
He termed all the accusation as an effort to damage his family.
