Lahore: Just like sports, bookies have termed Najam Sethi, senior analyst associated with leading Geo News, as hot favorite nominee to be selected caretaker chief minister of Pakistan’s Punjab province, a report said on Tuesday.
Najam Shethi’s name has been proposed by the opposition parties in provincial assembly along with Justice (retd) Zahid Hussain.
According to bookies, Najam Sethi is most likely to be selected as a caretaker chief minister. Sethi is getting a rate of Rs0.80 followed by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) candidate Amir Raza with a rate of Rs1.35.
Another candidate of PML-N is third most likely to become the caretaker CM, with his rate at Rs1.80 while Justice (retd) Zahid Hussain is getting a lowest rate of Rs2.25.
