Karachi: Pakistan Rangers have cordoned off Rangar Town area of Baldia Town area in a targeted operation to look for suspected criminals in Karachi today (Sunday).
During the action, heavy arms have been confiscated while dozens have been investigated on the scene, about 250 of whom sent to Rangers office for interrogation.
Operation is underway and luckily, no resistance has so far been faced by the Law Enforcement Agency.
Political parties’ activists held
According to the Rangers spokesman, some 800 personnel women wing took part in the operation which lasted for about four hours. He said that 60 weapons as well as large number of bullets were confiscated from the scene.
The spokesman furthered that targeted killers and some activists of political parties have been arrested during the action.
