LAHORE: Imran Khan-led Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf has showed extra-ordinary seriousness to stop drone attacks in Pakistan as compare to Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML) and submitted anti-drone resolution on Monday.
Newly-elect MNA of PTI, Mian Aslam Iqbal has filed resolution in Punjab to offend the furious drone attacks in the tribal belt of Pakistan.
Contrary to expectations, PTI has won over PML-N in the anti-drone campaign as both parties vowed during their electoral campaigns to stop these attacks in their tenures.
Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) is the largest elected party in the province of Punjab as well as holding most of the federal position in the Pakistan’s lower and upper house but unfortunately to take first position in filling any legal paper in the assembly till yet.
On the other hand, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-led KP government on June 5 submitted a resolution to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Secretariat against drone attacks as they vowed to made their first resolution against drones.
