KARACHI: Despite facing severe economic crisis of Pakistan, Singh government has overloaded the assembly with a new bunch of ministers have been added in the provincial cabinet on Wednesday.
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) government in country’s southern province Sindh has going to include eight more ministers in the provincial cabinet.
According to TheNewsTribe’s correspondent from Karachi new ministers took oath in Sindh’s governor house and after the addition of new nine ministers Sindh cabinet will reach to the number of 16.
The new ministers include Syed Owais Muzaffar Tappi, Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar, Syed Ali Mardan Shah, Dr Gian Chand, Ali Rahmoon, Mukesh Kumar, Robina Saadat Qaimkhani, Javed Nagori.
Muhammad Khan Junejo has been appointed as special advisor to Chief Minister of Sindh Qaim Ali Shah.
Owais Muzaffar Tippi is the step brother of President Asif Ali Zardari added in the list of ministers and a woman is also among the new cabinet members.
Sindh is considered is one of the most bed governed and corrupt province in the country where bribes, extortion, lawlessness and political appointments are routine practice of ruling party and its allies.
Former ruling party PPP has lost its position in Pakistan’s 3 provinces including federal government during May 11 elections, the Sindh is only province remains where Asif Ali Zardari leads party is on the treasury benches.
