MUMBAI: Former Indian captain and cricketer Sunil Gavaskar has severely criticised his country’s players and termed it as ‘childish’ and ‘apathetic’ bowling attack against the South Africa.
Sunil Gavaskar claimed that the Indian bowlers had showed no spirit in the match as compare to the powerful and stunning show of the host team.
Gavaskar said the Indian team lost two matches for 141 and 134 runs that exhibited a conspicuous fact regarding the spiritless role of Indian bowlers.
Moreover, on fast wickets of South Africa, the batsmen gave same infantile performance same as the Indian bowlers.
The former Indian skipper urged the country’s players for emphasising on the bowling section for limiting Proteas’ score if they really wish to win the next matches.
Indian team is currently having one chance to defeat their strong opponent in the upcoming 3rd and last ODI fight scheduled on December 11.
