Seoul: After the rumors of iPad Pro now, South Korean technological giant is eyeing to introduce its first ever 12.2 inch Galaxy Note Pro.
Word of a 12.2-inch Samsung tablet has been going round for a while now, but has the mythical beast just been spotted out in the wild?
According to Phonearena reports, someone writing on a Korean forum, Samsung showed off the new tablet during a presentation for its upcoming products in 2014.
Inside a glass box on stage, the tipster claims, was a new super-sized Samsung tablet which goes by the name of the Galaxy Note Pro.
The insider wasn’t able to take a picture of the mystery device, blaming Samsung’s embargo. However the slab will reportedly measure 309.9mm diagonally on the display so we expect this is the 12.2- inch device we’ve already heard so much about.
The display resolution is allegedly 2560 x 1600, and the tablet is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with 3GB of RAM, a 9,500mAh battery, and runs Android 4.4 KitKat.
Just remember that someone could just be doing some serious tablet trolling, so don’t take this as gospel.
But with Samsung set to flood the tablet market in early 2014, and with CES 2014 just around the corner, we expect we might be hearing more about this Galaxy Note Pro very soon.
