KARACHI: The Sindh government has announced a public holiday on December 27 to pay homage to former prime minister Shaheed Benazir Bhutto on her sixth martyrdom anniversary.
The provincial government Tuesday issued a notification to this effect.
According to details, Chief Minister Sindh, Qaim Ali Shah, issued directives in this regard.
All office, ministries, departments including schools, colleges and other educational institutes will remained closed on Friday, December 27th, 2013.
Former president Asif Ali Zardari, Chairman Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, other party leaders and workers would pay homage to their assassinated leader in Garhi Khuda Bakhash on December 27. the workers would light the candle on the mausoleum of their great leader.
