Hours after Nox dance club shooting, at least 2 police officers reportedly shot in Grand Prairie, Texas.
According to CBS Local Officials said both of the officer’s injuries were not life threatening. The suspect was being taken via air ambulance to Parkland Hospital in Dallas with multiple gunshot wounds. The condition of the second officer is not known.
Two people were fatally shot in a club early Christmas morning near the Heights.
The shooting happened around 2:15 a.m. at the Nox dance club on Nett near Shepherd.
Police said as the club was letting out patrons, Patrick Prince and Brian Washington, 30, started a heated argument. Prince allegedly then took out a pistol and shot several times at Washington, who returned fire once at Prince.
Washington died at the scene. Prince was transported to BenTaubHospital, where he died an hour later. Both of their guns were taken by unknown suspects, whom homicide detectives are trying to locate.
