RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (RBISE) here on Saturday submitted the answer before Civil Judge against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ms Ayla Malik’s petition and declared her FA certificate fake.
The civil judge issued notices to both the parties and ordered them to personally appear on March 29 in this regard.
Ayla Malik filed a case against the RBISE chairman and controller examination in a court here for declaring her degree fake.
The PTI leader, in her petition, contended that she passed the intermediate examination on December 16, 1989 from the BISE Rawalpindi and her registration and certificate numbers are 898015617 and 21751-3091 respectively, but the board declared her degree fake on the political pressure of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government.
Ayla further contended that the controller Examination should be summoned in the court along with the record and her degree should be declared authentic.
Lahore High Court’s election tribunal bench ordered the BISE Rawalpindi to confirm and verify her degree.
The board in its reply, submitted to the Civil Judge Rawalpindi, stated that no record of her intermediate certificate was found and the role number that Ayla’s certificate carried was actually of a male candidate named Imdad Hussain.
