PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has nominated its party leader Gulzar Khan for carrying out talks with Taliban for newly to be appointed committee of federal government, local media reported.
The federal government wished to accommodate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Chief Minister Pervez Khattak to be included in the government committee but after consideration in party, PTI comes up with the name of Gulzar Khan, a former bureaucrat and MNA.
Half hour ago PTI Chief Imran Khan in a press conference has agreed to cooperate with the federal government in talks with Taliban.
Gulzar khan has won 11 May election from National Assembly seat NA 4. He has influenced in Khyber Pakhtun khwa (KPK), PTI sources said.
