ISLAMABAD: At least 330 MegaWatt (MW) electricity would be added in the national grid as six wind projects ready to be completed by the end of this year.
It was informed to media by a spokesman of Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB) in Islamabad.
Spokesman said that these projects are being built with collaboration with private sectors in Sindh province at Gharo and Jhimpir situated in Thatta District.
He said two of the project in Jhimpir of strength 49.5 MW and 56.4 MW are operational now.
Spokesman further informed that other three projects of 150 MW will be operational till end of the year, two of these projects are being built at Gharo and one at Jhimpir.
