KARACHI: MQM chief Altaf Hussain said today that before hanging former dictator Pervez Musharraf , government should punish his aides who took over government buildings before the former dictator’s plane landed at the airport on October 12, 1999.
Speaking at the inauguration of Nazeer Hussain University, MQM chief revealed that he has submitted his application for a Pakistani N.I.C and passport and can any day land in Pakistan.
The exiled leader stressed on the need of providing education to masses and young generation so that incidents like fall of Dhaka can be avoided.
He further lamented that he is criticised too much in his absence from the country, what would happen if he would return to Pakistan.
Altaf lashed out at critics of army and termed them anti-state.

There are reports that the London-based MQM chief has contacted the Pakistan High Commission in London for the issuance of a Pakistani passport.
The self-exiled MQM leader, who presently holds the British passport, had the expired copy of his Pakistani passport that was issued to him some 23 years back in 1991. His Pakistani ID card has also expired.
