ISLAMABAD: Taliban committee intermediator Maulana Sami ul Haq admitted that there are complains present on both sides including Pakistan government and banned outfit Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
Sami-ul-Haq was addressing the media conference after completion of a high-level meeting in the federal capital Islamabad today under chair of interior minister Chaudhry Nisar.
He said that the federal government and Taliban committees review the developments and barriers in the peace dialogues process.
Haq admitted that Taliban have complained about kidnapping and torchering of their members by the Pakistani authorities.
Taliban committee will continue all of its efforts to make dialogue process successful and a sub-committee will be formed to resolve the problems, Haq said.
The intermediator said that Taliban committee is trying to set ground for a meeting with government committee this week while the decision would be finalised in next 1-2 days.
He said that Taliban Shura members will be contacted immediately for the upcoming meeting purpose. Haq added that both sides have agreed over continuation of dialogue process as it is the only solution towards peace establishment.
While talking about ceasefire closure from TTP, Sami ul Haq said that the peace situation is quiet better even after ending of ceasefire from the militant organisation.
