KARACHI: Three political workers belonging to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) were evicted of all charges in the murder trial of famous philanthropist and founder of Hamdard Foundation Hakim Muhammad Saeed.
Pakistan’s Supreme court vindicated Amirullah , Muhammad Shakir and Abu Imran, all belonging to MQM in the murder case of Hakim Muhammad Saeed.
The accused were released due to lack of evidence against them.
Hakim Muhammad Said was murdered on October 17, 1998.
His suspected murderers were caught by DIG Farooq Amin Qureshi, CCPO Karachi at that time.
Several MQM workers were arrested and a case was filed against them.
