Gas pipeline explosion kills two brothers in Lahore

LAHORE: A gas pipeline accidental explosion has claimed lives of two brothers in Baghan pura area of Lahore, the provincial capital of the Pakistan’s Punjab province.

According to local media reports, the deceased siblings were labourers who were digging land near an existing gas pipeline during an extension project while the blast took place due to leakage.

The deceased brothers were identified as 30-year-old Asif and 32-year-old Shehzad after being shifted to the nearby hospital by the rescue teams.
