WASHINGTON: Samsung launched another high-end phablet Samsung Galaxy Tab Q in China with 7 inches display.
Samsung was rumored to launch new range of phablets. The Samsung Galax Tab Q packs a huge 7 inch display with a resolution 720p.
Samsung is marketing it as a tablet even though it doesn’t look like a traditional slate, and it will launch on Chinese carriers China Mobile and China Unicom with support for their 4G LTE networks and voice calling.
The device comes with the same leather flux finish found in Galaxy Note 3, with a Quad core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz.
It also features a rare 8 megapixel and 2 megapixel front sensors. It also includes a microSD slot, a 3,200 mAh battery, and USB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS (with GLONASS), and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n connectivity.
The tablet measures 191.8 x 99.7 x 8.9 mm and weighs 250 grams, which are rather modest dimensions for a 7-inch device, one that you will be able to put next to your ears to make voice calls.
