WASHINGTON: As Apple eyeing to launch its flagship smartphone Apple iPhone 6, now new report recons that the next generation smartphone will feature Near Field Communication (NFC) technology.
According to latest report from the French side Nowehereelse claimed that site obtained pictures of a bare iPhone 6 logic board.
As we take a look at the picture, it apparently proves the forthcoming device will offer NFC support.
As report also recons the Apple likely to add latest and the upgraded Wi-Fi 802.11ac to iPhone 6 which means faster connectivity over wireless broadband networks.
The report comes just days after rumours Apple is planning to launch a mobile wallet service to allow iPhone users to pay for goods using their device.
Until now Apple has chosen to eschew NFC to power mobile payments, choosing instead to go with its Passbook service which houses users’ store cards, vouchers, event tickets and airline passes.
