ISLAMABAD – Opposition Leader in Senate Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan has said that Pakistan Peoples Party have never supported PML-N government, the way its working it might not complete its tenure.
Aitzaz Ahsan said that Federal government is neglecting Sindh province in mega projects due to which Sindh is facing massive energy crises.
“ If there is any project proposed by Punjab govt, federal govt realease fund immedialtely without even approval of PC1”. Chaudhry Aitzaz alledged.
Along with Chaudhry Aitzaz, Finance Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah, also spoke to the media and said that Sindh government has paid 410 million rupees as electricity bill.
He told that Sindh has the solution of energy crises in the form of wind and coal in huge amount but federal government have never shown any interest, rather they are ready to invest in LNG on relatively more prices.
“Khawaja Asi f anf federal government are not serious to end energy crises”. Murad Ali Shah added.
He said that Sindh government has demended to handover HESCO and SESCO to provincial governement but PML-N led federal government did not dare to reply his letter.
“PML-N is afraid of Sit Ins, we are following legal procedures, if government still does not listen to us, then we will think over to hold a sit in in favour of our rights”. Murad Ali Shah argued.
