LONDON – A British Bavalan Pathmanathan cricketer, who is from Tamil, has been died after he recieved cricket ball on his chest during a league match.
Bavalan Pathmanathan was representing Manipay cricket in British Tamil League of Surray, while playing a pull shot, he missed the ball, that hit hard to his chest.
An Air Ambulance was called to the ground to take Bavalan to the hospital, however he could not survived.
Chief Executive Richard Gould Surrey County Cricket Club expressed grief over the incidence and said all of his team mates are heavily grieved over the death of Bavalan. He showed his sympathy to the friends and family of dead cricketer.
Cricketers all around the globe have shown deep sadness over the killing of young cricketer.
Earlier, Australian test cricketer Phillip Hughes was also died after hitting the ball on his neck.
