1992 operation is being repeated in Karachi against MQM: Altaf Hussain

ISLAMABAD – Supremo of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Altaf Hussain again criticize the Karachi Rangers and said that they are repeating 1992 operation against MQM.

While taking to TV show on Monday, he said that MQM is facing restrictions from every side. Hundreds of MQM workers are missing and they were arrested by security forces.

He also said that he is not scared of guns and imprisonment. “I am ready to sacrifice,” he added.

Earlier, Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar on Monday said that now Government of Pakistan will make contact with British government regarding hate speeches of Altaf Hussain.

While addressing to press conference in Islamabad, he blamed Altaf Hussain for the current worst situation of Karachi. He said that Altaf Hussain is crossing the limits of criticism.

He also cleared that “no more criticism on Pakistan defense forces will tolerate.” Interior Minister said that Altaf Hussain’s speeches promoting beastliness in Karachi.

Altaf Hussain in his previous speech criticized Rangers’ role in Karachi. He compared Rangers with Indian army.

Chief of Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) said that Rangers treat people in Karachi just like Indian army how they treat people in Kashmir.
