PM Nawaz clears government stance over PTI de-seating

ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) should accept the Judicial Commission’s inquiry report and play their role for the supremacy of institutions in the country. 

PM chaired the meeting of Parliamentary leaders. He said the government welcomed the PTI MNAs in the parliament.

He also said that resolution against PTI may disturb the current political situation.

Parliamentary leaders in Senate and NA along with senior leaders of PML-N attended the meeting called by PM Nawaz.

Opposition Leader Khursheed Shah, Mehmood Achakzai, Ejazul Haq, Mushahid Hussain Syed, Maulana Fazal ur Rehman and  Siraj ul Haq were also present.

The meeting was called to discuss the issue when MQM and JUI presented the resolution against PTI in the National Assembly on , Rashhed Gaodail and Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiquee represented MQM.
