LONDON – Two super sloggers of world cricket Shahid Afridi and MS Dhoni will be in action in same team in the T20 cricket match between ‘Help for Heroes XI’ and ‘Rest of the World XI’.
According to details, Pakistani star batsman ‘Boom Boom’ Afridi and Indian star batsman MS Dhoni will represent ‘Help for Heroes XI’ against ‘Rest of the World XI’ for for charity of British soldier who have been wounded in the line of duty.
Match will be held on September 17. MS Dhoni was the latest player added to the player-list of ‘Help for Heroes XI.’
Former Indian opener Virender Sehwag, Pakistan skipper Shahid Afridi, Indian captain MS Dhoni and South African ace Herschelle Gibbs will play the match under the captaincy of England Director of Cricket Andrew Strauss and managed by the legendary Sir Ian Botham.
World XI’s line up include Legendary bastman Brain Lara,McCullum, Matthew Hayden, Mahela Jayawardene and Graeme Smith, Tim Southee and Daniel Vettori.
Gary Kirsten will coach the team managed by Indian former captain Sunil Gavaskar.
