Pakistan cricket team belongs to nation not individuals: Mohammad Asif

ISLAMABAD – Pakistani fast bowler Mohammad Asif has issued controversial statements about Pakistani players those does not want to play alongside banned trio.

While given an interview Mohammad Asif clarified that Pakistan cricket team belongs to nation. He said that if any player not want to play with us (banned players) then who knows, those players not be part of national team themselves.

In a interview with  PakPassion Asif said “This is not a local village team where some players don’t want others to play. If one or two players don’t want to play alongside us, then who knows, those players may not be in the team themselves in the future.”

He said that if Pakistan needs him then they are available to serve national team. He also revealed that Pakistan Cricket Board gave me some fitness targets.

Asif also told that he is mentally fit and ready to make a come back in domestic and international cricket.
