Zardari calls top leadership meeting in Dubai

KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari on Monday called on Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah along with PPP top leadership for a meeting to Dubai.

According to details, CM Sindh will leave to Dubai along with PPP senior leadership today where they will discuss the political situation in Sindh.

CM will brief Zardari on the scenario created in Sindh after arrest of close aide to Zardari, Asim Hussain.

Earlier, Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif has summoned a meeting of the Apex Committee on September 10 to discuss the implementation of the National Action plan against terrorism.

Army Chief General Raheel Sharif, provincial Chief Ministers and other top officials of country will attend the meeting.

It is to be kept in mind that nowadays PPP is under serious pressure on arrests and accusations of supporting terrorists.
