ISLAMABAD – Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali on Thursday took oath as new Chief Justice of Pakistan, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, President Mamnoon Hussain and military leadership attend the oath taking ceremony.
President of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain had already approved the appointment of Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali as next Chief Justice of Pakistan on the advice of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
Air Chief Sohail Aman, Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Mohammad Zakaullah and Army chief Raheel Sharif also attended the ceremony.
