PESHAWAR: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Saturday has arrested former principal of Ayub Medical College (AMC), Abbotabad, Dr. Muhammad Ayub over corruption charges.
According to the NAB officials, Dr. Ayub has been arrested due to misuse of his post and involvement in corruption of of funds Rs. 5.5 million.
Moreover, earlier this week NAB had nabbed the former Vice-Chancellor of Hazara University, Syed Sakhawat Shah, along with two more professors over violation of rules.
It is to be kept in mind that NAB is in full swing these days to counter the corruption in the country, without any discrimination and many big names are at the hit list of NAB.
