Waqar Younis eyes Zimbabwe, England series

LAHORE: Head coach of Pakistan Cricket Team Waqar Younus on Sunday said that series against England is very important but before that they will experiment new players in Zimbabwe tour.

While talking to media in Lahore, Waqar said he always tried that Pakistan team perform well against any opponent and still they are making efforts to take the team’s graph upward.

‘Test team is very balance right now and there is no need to alter that team’, he said.

Former pacer said improvement in domestic level cricket will give new boost to our performance at international level.

Head coach said he is not in race in any comparison with Dave Whatmore, former coach of Pakistan Team, ‘some people loves the way i do my job and some dislike and its all up to them what they think’, he added.

Series against England is very important but the good thing is that our batting has clicked at the right moment and young players are giving their 100% which is best for Pakistan Cricket.

It is to be kept in mind that Pakistan team have to play Zimbabwe and England next month.
