Pakistan get early break through in 1st T20 against Zimbabwe

HARARE: Pakistan has got key wickets of Zimbabwe in first Twenty20, defending a minor total of 136 at Harare Sports Club, Harare.

In unusual move from skipper Afridi, Imad Wasim opened bowling for Pakistan and got the success on his lat ball as he clean bowled opener CJ Chibhabha on 0.

Tanivr also bowled a tight second over giving away just three runs, Zimbabwe were 4/1 after 2 overs.

Pakistan got their 2nd wicket when left arm batsman Arvin fell prey of SohailTanivr’s slower one, leaving Zimbabwe 27-2 in 5.1 overs.

Pakistan-born captain Sikander Raza added 13 runs to the total before being stuck before wickets of Imad Wasim’s straighter one.

Imad got his third when well settled Masakadza played a poor shot and got himself caught by Mukhtar Ahmed on 25. Zimbabwe are currently 65/4 in first 10 overs of their innings.

Update: Imad Wasim on fire, gets another wicket, his fourth. Zimbabwe are 70/5 in 12.3 overs.

Zimbabwe need 62 more runs in last 44 balls with 6 wickets in hand.
