HARARE: After the completion of two match T20 series, three-match One Day International (ODI) series between Pakistan and Zimbabwe to be started from tomorrow October 1.
Team Pakistan has performed really well and clinched stunning victories in the T20 matches played here in Harare Sports Club, Harare, Zimbabwe.
Despite batting failure, Pakistan won the two-match T20 series against the Zimbabwe in the home ground by 2-0.
Imad Waseem, the Man of the Series for T20s, Sohail Tanvir and Pakistan’s over all bowling combination with a delicate touch of sharp fielding proved too good for Zimbabwe as it did not let them chase down minor totals of 137 and 136 in respective matches.
Now, the next set of responsibilities lies on the shoulders of Azhar Ali to lead the Team to victories.
Azhar, who is likely to return today from Hajj, will lead Pakistan in three-match ODI series.
Few changes in Pakistan ODI side are expected as T20 skipper will not be the part of ODI side, Umar Akmal, young Imran Khan will also be not available.
First ODI to be played on 1st October at 12:30 PST
Second ODI to be played on 3rd October at 12:30 PST
Third ODI to be played on 5th May at 12:30 PST
