DUBAI: Peshawar Zalmi will lock horns with Quetta Gladiators in the first match of playoff round on February 19 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
Both teams managed to grab seven wins each in the first round of Pakistan’s premier t20 league. The winner will qualify for final of the tournament and loser will play with the winner of second playoff.
Peshwar Zalmi will play the important round of the tournament without Tamim Iqbal as he left for motherland because of personal issue.
Left-handed batsman will also miss the upcoming Asia Cup. While, Quetta Gladiators will face the Khpal Team without Afghani off-spinner Mohammad Nabi, who played match winning inning against Lahore Qalandars and helped his team to chase the mammoth total.
New Zland’s spinner Nathan Mccullum replaced the Mohammad Nabi for the upcoming matches. On the other hand Brad Hodge joined the Peshawar Zalmi and showed his presence with match wining inning.
